            Some people need charismatic to be sales, project management and customer   follow up to get the job done 
*       *Being a good listener
         * Physical aappearence
         *Wide range of vocab

         *Pronounciation
         *Ÿ  Correct grammar usage 

2.     Explain about vocab:
Ÿ * To be on the same wavelenght
Ÿ * To be on the same page
Ÿ * Share similar ideas and opinios

3.     To get the job done :
Ÿ  * Someone ability to complete tasks

4.     Make a sales pitch :
Ÿ  * A certain way / presentation of selling things
5.     Win someone over :
Ÿ  * That you able to sway or convince people
6.     Get away with :
